Returns Policy:
Boost Tech PC is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 30 day, free, no questions asked returns period for all computers that arrive damaged, or dead on arrival that cannot be remotely fixed by Boost Tech PC staff. Boost Tech PC may also provide all customers who receive their PCs dead on arrival, or with significant issues, with a replacement PC shipped within 72 hours based on part and model availability.
PCs returned with the issues listed above within 30 days are eligible for a full refund or for a free replacement within 72 hours. Computers and peripherals must be returned in the same functioning condition they were delivered in to be eligible.
PCs returned for any other reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all related shipping expenses, will not be refunded.
Military APO returns, and returns for International customers (outside of the United States) will be subject to extended return times due to longer than normal shipping times.

Return To Sender or High Fraud Systems
If a PC is returned to Boost Tech PC after shipment, we will notify you that we have received the PC back and will request additional information. If a reply is not provided within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If a PC order is marked by our payment processor as having a "high risk of fraud," Boost Tech PC will request additional information before shipping the order. If a reply is not provided within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Our order processing times for custom gaming PCs range from 2-4 weeks (our average lead time is 12 business days) depending on the parts and complexity of your system (water loops may take up to 25 business days), excluding Same Day Ship (SDS), Ready to Ship (RTS) and Rush Builds. All sales are considered final and "as is" following these guidelines:
